VERSE: “The king’s heart is like channels of water in the Hand of the Lord; He turns it wherever He wishes.” (Proverbs 21:1)

EQUATION: God’s Ways: not equal: Our Ways.

ACTION: Look at the history of man, from the Creator’s Perspective. He used a brutal proud pagan named Nebuchadnezzar to bring judgment on His own people Israel, then broke him completely from his incredible pride until Nebuchadnezzar was saved and proclaimed Yahweh. Our job – pray for the hearts of the leaders of the country, state and city to make it easier on those whom they lead, themselves and their children, by turning to God, Who is Sovereign and will get His Way, in the end.

PRAYER: Father, in the Mighty Name of Jesus we pray first for our own hearts that we don’t get too sideways on the things of this world and forget what we are commanded to do. We pray for obedience to Thy Word and compliance with the Holy Spirit. We pray also that Thy Perfect Will be done on earth in the hearts of those in positions of authority and power over us, that they may obey you and not rule corruptly, unjustly or unethically. Finally, Lord, we pray for their salvation, and that the heart of their children will also turn to you and be saved before it is too late, and that none of their actions will continue contradicting the Word of God, Your Precepts or any of Your commandments, in Jesus Strong Name. Amen. 

VERSE: “For he who finds me finds life and obtains favor from the Lord. But he who sins against me injures himself; all those who hate me love death.” (Proverbs 8:35-36)

FORMULA: If you follow after everyone else and ignore God then it is on you. Q.E.D.

ACTION: Life is full of choices that are as plan as day. Every aspect of life requires personal decision, but for some reason, matters of the soul are purposefully ignored. Take action now: decide NOW – DO YOU WANT ETERNAL LIFE, WITH TRUE PEACE AND JOY STARTING NOW, ALONG WITH THE FAVOR OF GOD? IF SO – JESUS CHRIST IS THE ONLY WAY TO SALVATION. REBEL AGAINST HIM, YOU CHOOSE ETERNAL SEPARATION AND HELL.

PRAYER: Oh Most Kind and Good God, You gave man the best of everything when You created Him in the Garden yet he made the wrong choice bringing sin, death and destruction in the world. Lord, we know most will not choose You, on this side of Eternity even though the warnings are stark and EVERYWHERE, but Lord, we pray for those who do, that we may humbly come before the Throne of Grace, seeking deliverance and continued intervention in our daily lives, that we may find FAVOR and mercy, and grace, love and the compassion You alone can offer. Father, Lord we come. We have found life, true life, IN YOU. We need no other. We pray for those who rebel against You that they may see the light before it is too late for them. Grant us continued Favor, oh Lord, as we pursue You in Spirit and in Truth, through Jesus Christ the King, amen.
