Ken Scarlette has been promoted to Police Chief of the Capitol City of Illinois by the Springfield Mayor Langfelter. Chief Ken paid an extended visit to the April 2022 BMIC Monthly City Men’s Breakfast at Pizza Ranch, where he hung out afterwards and spoke to many area church leaders and pastors!
