TLC TV CHANNEL'S "LONG ISLAND MEDIUM" THERESA CAPUTO

Apostasy, stupidity and lack of discernment are growing by leaps and bounds in these last days! We have reality TV shows for years like Crossing Over with John Edward and now the latest “sensation” for the lost – TLC’s  “LONG ISLAND MEDIUM” – Theresa Caputo.

These are the people who claim to “see” dead people, communicate with them, as well as conduct seances and divinations. The Learning Channel (TLC) even showed her praying to Satan before she was due to meet a group of women just as stupid as she is. Is calling people like Caputo and her “clients” stupid a harsh thing? No.

Here is what HOLY GOD warned, and when God speaks, you had better listen. Do not think this warning in Deuteronomy 18:9-14 is Old Testament and you do not have to obey it. Your eternal soul is in real danger if you follow this garbage with mediums; psychics; tarot cards etc without remorse and seeking God’s forgiveness
Deut 18:9-14 NKJV “⁹ “When you come into the land which the LORD your God is giving you, you shall not learn to follow the abominations of those nations. ¹⁰ There shall not be found among you anyone who makes his son or his daughter pass through the fire, or one who practices witchcraft, or a soothsayer, or one who interprets omens, or a sorcerer, ¹¹ or one who conjures spells, or a medium, or a spiritist, or one who calls up the dead. ¹² For all who do these things are an abomination to the LORD, and because of these abominations the LORD your God drives them out from before you. ¹³You shall be blameless before the LORD your God. ¹⁴ For these nations which you will dispossess listened to soothsayers and diviners; but as for you, the LORD your God has not appointed such for you.” (emphasis mine).

As our Jewish brothers get ready to observe the DAY OF ATONEMENT (YOM KIPPUR) on Friday, I wish to continue into our five week long Hike through Hebrews 11, with purpose! We are now up to Verse 23, but need to look at Verses 23-29 in two consecutive parts before Friday. The reason – MOSES!

I have divided them into two sections dealing with the Faith of Moses and how it relates to this feast day. To wit, verses Hebrews 11:23-26 (NKJV)says:
²³ By faith Moses, when he was born, was hidden three months by his parents, because they saw he was a beautiful child; and they were not afraid of the king’s command. 
²⁴ By faith Moses, when he became of age, refused to be called the son of Pharaoh’s daughter, ²⁵ choosing rather to suffer affliction with the people of God than to enjoy the passing pleasures of sin, ²⁶ esteeming the reproach of Christ greater riches than the treasures in Egypt; for he looked to the reward.
