This year – 2011- has seen some major extremes in weather from almost Day 1. It was the coldest winter with the most snow and blizzard conditions in years. Then this past March, we witnessed LIVE on TV, a Tsunami take out a huge chunk of Japan, killing over 14,000 people.

This past week, a Cat 3 Hurricane slammed the eastern seaboard of the United States so hard that people from Vermont to North Carolina have been knocked off the grid for days and weeks (electric power); roads have collapsed into sink holes; floods have claimed billions of dollars worth of businesses and livelihoods and more.

What does this mean? Bad and even horrible, days, were predicted in the Bible. With all of this happening to a mostly unbelieving part of the wealthiest Nation ever on Earth, does God really care?
